Mike is a technology and business leader with over 18 years of experience driving innovation, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence across Africa. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff at the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE).
Previously, he served as Managing Director of Andela Rwanda for almost six years, where he led Tech talent development, major partnerships, and business growth. With leadership experience at YLabs, Tulane University, and other organizations, Mike is passionate about empowering youth through technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
