He founded Nomatu Consulting in 2018, a pioneering  global Diversity and Inclusion Consulting firm.  Nomatu consulting specialises in executive search of black talent and also coaching. In his years of employment Samkelo has  played a pivotal role in Succession Planning, Career Progression, and Talent Pools. Samkelo initiated Talent Forums, collaborating with executives to identify, develop, and assess critical talent across the organisation. His accomplishments include designing and implementing the Leadership Development Programmes, organisational culture journey and gender equity initiatives. Samkelo is a great facilitator who brings passion and energy to the room whilst challenging the status quo. Samkelo’s commitment to DEIB and a desire to create spaces for uncomfortable discussions whilst leveraging  talent experience brings value to any organisation.
