Officially, Mariana is a HR professional with 10 years of experience in Human Resources. 7 of those have been spent specialising in HR systems. In her current role as a HRIS Technical Specialist, she supports HR technology and processes in 30 countries across Africa. Her experience spans the intersection of HR, technology and business, with a particular focus on leveraging HR systems to enable effective people practices at scale. This has given her insight into the realities of navigating complex, multi cultural organisational environments and driving change across diverse teams and markets. Unofficially, she is known as the problem solver, always diving head first into finding solutions for those around her. Outside of work, she loves to cook, decorate and sing. That is, if there is no Formula One race on, otherwise, that takes priority.
