Kadi Metsandi is a multilingual leadership coach and diplomat with nearly three decades of international experience in diplomacy, organizational transformation, development cooperation and strategic partnerships across Europe, Africa and multilateral organizations. Throughout her diplomatic career with the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she led the drafting of Estonia's first Africa Strategy, played a key role in establishing the Estonian Centre for International Development (EstDev), and served as Estonia's Deputy Permanent Representative to the OECD and UNESCO and Director for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid. Working in Estonia's agile public administration, she helped shape vision, translate strategy into implementation, and lead change through influence, trust and collaboration. Following her first encounter with coaching in 2021, Kadi completed professional coach training with Erickson Coaching International and became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. Passionate about human development, she partners with high-achieving, purpose-driven global professionals.
