Dr. Jane Adhiambo Chiroma is a seasoned academic and practitioner who seamlessly bridges the worlds of academia and industry. She currently serves as Associate Professor of Educational Policy and Curriculum Studies, and Director of Academic Affairs at the Africa School of Governance (ASG) in Kigali, Rwanda. Formerly a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Center for Online Teaching and Learning at PAC University, Jane brings extensive expertise in capacity building, leadership development, mentoring, and curriculum design tailored to workforce readiness. With rich professional experience spanning East, West, and Southern Africa, she is deeply committed to shaping education and training systems that equip learners with the skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving job market.
