Christian is an economist by training, has held global leadership roles at the US-based pharmaceutical company MSD & previously worked in government in South Africa. He is an expert in positive leadership & team performance and is accredited by Human Synergistics International. He has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Master of Commerce (with distinction) from University of Cape Town.
