As the Founder and Chairperson of the Women HR Association of Tanzania (WHAT), Judith is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment in the workplace and the HR profession. Under her leadership, WHAT has grown into a leading platform for mentorship, networking, and professional development for female HR professionals across Tanzania.
