Paul Rumanda Rugambwa is a seasoned Management Executive and Global Remuneration Professional certified by WorldatWork (USA), with over 17 years of diverse experience across Uganda, East, and Southern Africa. Paul currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Infectious Diseases Institute-Makerere University, leading strategic human capital initiatives to drive institutional performance and sustainability. He is a member of the Board Audit & Risk Committee of Insurance Company of East Africa (ICEA Lion Life) Uganda, a Board Member of Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) Uganda, and a member of the Human Resource Managers’ Association.
