Paul Rumanda Rugambwa is a seasoned Management Executive and Global Remuneration Professional certified by WorldatWork (USA), with over 17 years of diverse experience across Uganda, East, and Southern Africa. His professional journey spans purpose-driven organizations (NGOs), health, automotive, and telecommunications sectors, reflecting a deep commitment to transformative leadership and operational excellence.
Paul currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Infectious Diseases Institute-Makerere University, leading strategic human capital initiatives to drive institutional performance and sustainability. He is a member of the Board Audit & Risk Committee of Insurance Company of East Africa (ICEA Lion Life) Uganda, a Board Member of Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) Uganda, and a member of the Human Resource Managers’ Association. He has previously held senior leadership roles at organizations including International Medical Group (now C-Care), Toyota Uganda Limited (now CFAO Motors Uganda), and Toyota Tsusho Africa (PTY), South Africa.
