Tebatso is currently the Senior Employee Relations Manager at Debswana Diamond Company. In this portfolio, he is responsible for the management of sound labour relations across the company. He has held various other leadership roles within Debswana including Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager at Orapa, Letlhakane and Damtshaa Mines. Before joining Debswana, he has worked and gained vast experience in various industries including Media, Academics, Government and Non-Profit organizations. He serves in the Board of the National Arts Council of Botswana and Botswana Society. He has also previously served in the Boards of the Botswana National Youth Council and Institute of Human Resources Management.
Tebatso holds a Master of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of Botswana, a Master’s in Public Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Botswana, a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Management from the University of Derby, and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Botswana. He has undergone various Executive Development Programmes including the Programme for Management Development- PMD with the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business and Negotiation Science with the Wits Business School.
