Supported market expansion initiatives while implementing process improvements to execute demand analysis and drive bottom-line growth by creating and oversaw the implementation of a company marketing strategy for 1-year business plan (2019/2020). Successfully created employee motivation strategy as a part of mitigation plan towards field performance and support staff and oversee the implementation.
- Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT): As a member of the African Corporate Governance Network, Cecylia played a pivotal role in organizing and managing numerous public and private Boards Training and Inductions, significantly increasing the number of certified directors in corporate governance.
- IPCS – Peace & Conflict Resolution Initiative: Cecylia contributed to training African Peacekeepers deployed by AU and UN Missions in Africa, where she served as a rapporteur.
- REDET (UNDP Funded Project): She played a key role in recruiting and selecting youths for the “Chuo cha Demokrasia Zanzibar” program, focusing on reconciliation and building political tolerance among youths.
- Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands: Cecylia interned in the Political & Cultural Affairs Department, where she authored substantive reports on policy issues related to drugs, gender, and marriage laws in Tanzania.
Community Engagement:
- Cecylia is actively involved in youth career development and empowerment activities. She mentors interns at her workplace, participates in community sessions to bridge the skills gap for graduates.
- Serves as an independent Consultant in Employment, Labour, and Organization Management matters.
- She is also Founder and Content creator of Parenting for Autism and Child Support Organisation (Branded as PANetwork)
