John Fumbah has over 16 years’ experience in the Human Resource department and is a Learning & Development Specialist. He has been the Head of the Learning & Development Unit one of the Banks for the last 8 years. Over the years john has developed bespoke content for Leadership Development in various organizations. Apart from being an L&D Specialist, John is well versed with the entire HR Value Chain and as a HR professional he has a lot to share in the coming HR forum. He is an accredited Executive Coach, Certified Human Resource Manager (IABFM), Certified Balance Score Card Professional, Holds a B.ED Degree and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. He has almost completed his Masters degree in International Business Administration (Strategic Management).
