With over a decade of expertise in Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development. Throughout her career, she has worked with multinational corporations, financial institutions, and SMEs, providing strategic HR solutions that drive business success while fostering employee growth. As the Founder and Lead Consultant of KaizenMind, Museke has taken a bold step toward transforming HR practices to be more inclusive, adaptive, tech-driven and impactful —while placing employee wellbeing and mental health at the heart of sustainable workplace culture. Under her leadership, KaizenMind is becoming a trusted partner for organizations for organizations that value both employees’ wellbeing and performance—offering inclusive policies & strategies, workforce training and digital HR solutions such as L.A.W App, the first AI Digital labor law app in Rwanda. Her work is rooted in evidence-based HR practices, leveraging data-driven decision-making to improve employee engagement, performance, and retention across diverse industries. She is also an active advocate for mental health, workplace diversity, and psychological safety, regularly contributing thought leadership through articles and speaking engagements. Since March 2025, Museke serves as the 2nd Vice Chairperson of the Rwanda Human Resources Management Organization (RHRMO)—a national body committed to advancing the HR profession in Rwanda and building the human capital needed to support the country’s development.
