Starting her career as an HR Coordinator in 2009 at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo Rwanda), she quickly rose to lead HR digital innovations, talent and commercial capability development, And leadership initiatives across diverse markets including Tanzania, Chad, DRC, Senegal, Ghana, London, and Latin America.
In 2014, Laetitia returned to Rwanda As Chief HR Officer at Tigo Rwanda, where she led the people agenda during a complex merger and acquisition, balancing immediate operational challenges with a future-focused strategy.
Since 2018, Laetitia has been serving as Human Resources Director at BRALIRWA Plc. where she boldly champions inclusive, people-first strategies that fuel sustainable growth and cultivate a culture where innovation thrives, and individuals are empowered to lead with purpose.
Laetitia is passionate about career coaching and mentoring future leaders. Outside of work, she finds inspiration and balance in raising her boys, connecting with nature, travelling, and music.
