Martin Emrich’s expertise in Leadership Development has been built over a 20-year career in Consulting and General Management roles, including several top management consulting projects, on various continents. He has developed and implemented Leadership Development programmes for companies such as Daimler, Hugo Boss, eBay, Adidas and Toshiba. Martin has a proven track record in successful Human Resource Management and profitable Human Capital Management.

Learning and Development Experience

In addition to his work with MCE, Martin Emrich provides education, training and coaching all around the world. He is a lecturer at the University of Rome, the University of Zurich and at the European School of Business in Reutlingen, Germany. He works in Tokyo, Beijing, New York, Rome, Milan, Germany and more as a coach, facilitator, trainer and keynote-speaker. Martin holds certifications in many of the most widely-used HR development instruments and methodologies.

Professional Experience

Martin worked for Fischer Consulting and Training, Wild Consulting and Team Training International as a Senior Consultant and as head of the Assessment Centre. Martin started to work for The Boston Consulting Group in the year 2000 after his PhD and MBA program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. He led projects in Vienna, Duesseldorf, Phoenix, San Francisco and Boston.

Personal

Martin has authored more than 50 books and publications in scientific journals and daily newspapers. He is a passionate basketball player and loves to travel and to socialize with people from different cultures. His life motto is ‘Celebrate diversity!
