Sheilla Umutoni is a leadership and communication trainer with a background in law and over five years of experience in people development. As co-founder of Elevate Training Solutions and a Certified DISC Trainer, she has coached over 300 professionals to communicate effectively, lead confidently, and build cohesive teams.
Sheilla currently serves as President of Elevated Speakers Toastmasters Club, and also leads the Global Women Leaders Network – Rwanda, where she advocates for inclusive leadership and the empowerment of women in leadership and business.
