Gisèle is a seasoned HR executive with over 10 years of experience in leadership roles. She has a deep passion for talent acquisition, development, and organizational effectiveness in greenfield projects.
Currently, she is serving as the Associate Director HR at BioNTech Rwanda, the first mRNA vaccine manufacturing site in Africa, where she plays a critical role in recruiting top talent from across Africa and contributing to the development of the capacity building framework that focuses on new training models to upskill employees in the vaccine manufacturing field.
Additionally, Gisèle’s industry expertise was instrumental in the successful set-up of one of the largest inland cargo handling facilities in the Great Lakes Region, the Kigali Logistics Platform – DP World Kigali, where she played a pivotal role in optimizing its organization’s design.
She holds a BSc in Human Resources Management from Haute Ecole de la Province de Liege, Belgium. She is also a MindGym certified coach and an LBG Certified Community Investment professional, lending her expertise to local organizations in developing strategic community investment initiatives.
Gisèle is passionate about developing young talent and provides mentorship and coaching to young professionals.
She enjoys traveling with her sonshine, early morning walks and hiking in the land of thousand hills, Rwanda.
