The Symposium aimed to explore how technology and human-centric practices can help one build a future-proof workforce. The 6th East Africa HR Symposium 2023 took place from 23rd to 25th October 2024, drawing delegates from the East African Community (EAC) which comprises of Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya,Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan.
